Escape the Hubbub
Hometown Hub is a co-working company that offers desks and rooms to let on flexible terms to professionals across the Scottish Borders.
This ongoing campaign aims to attract Borderers who commute to Edinburgh, as well as Edinburghers who work in city center offices, to "escape" the city during the festival and enjoy some peace and quiet at a Hometown Hub.
I came up with the idea using the word Hubbub (a chaotic din caused by a crowd of people) as a description of Edinburgh during the festival to connect with the company name. The tone of the campaign will be tongue in cheek while poking fun at the festival and the people who attend it, as well as life in the Borders.
I hope this campaign will continue to grow and evolve in the coming weeks until the Fringe Festival ends.
